Task
The main task was the creation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Mind Exploration Labs was approached by an international retailer that wanted a more advanced forecasting solution. The company had thousands of stores, each of which had its way of deciding what products to stock on any given day.
This led to a lack of central visibility, difficulty optimizing the range, and wastage that was 3x the industry average. The organization found that these challenges led to disappointing customer experiences, as well as inconsistencies that made it difficult to implement sustained improvements across the brand. We successfully overcame all the problems.
Result
Increased advertising campaign awareness: 38% uplift in advertising campaign awareness among eBay users within the first week of the campaign, which was maintained throughout.
Uplift in visit and purchase intention: campaign had a significant impact across all sales channels, with the visit and purchase intention each respectively seeing an uplift of 25%/12% in client’s outlet; 16%/14% in-store.
